For a monthly fee (paid bi-weekly through payroll deductions), you can have a team of top attorneys ready to help you take care of life’s planned and unplanned legal events. LegalEase gives you unlimited access to the expert guidance and tools you need to handle the broad range of personal legal needs you may face throughout your life. This could be when you’re buying or selling a home, starting a family, dealing with identity theft or caring for aging parents.

Network attorneys are available in person, by phone or by email and online tools to do-it-yourself. And, you will always have a choice of which attorney to use. You can choose one from a network of prequalified attorneys or use an attorney outside of the LegalEase network and be reimbursed some of the cost.

You can enroll in this benefit during annual Open Enrollment through bswift, our enrollment website.

Learn about your YNHHS benefits by visiting our virtual benefits fair. Then, to enroll or make changes to your benefits, visit bswift, our secure, online enrollment website. Check out this video to learn how to enroll through bswift. If you are a new hire and enrolling prior to your start date, please refer to this document.

Once you reach the login page, you’ll be prompted to enter your YNHHS username and password. If you are enrolling before your hire date, use this link to visit bswift and follow the temporary username and password instructions there. If you run into problems, call HRConnect at 844-543-2147. Automatic Enrollment in 403(b)/401(k) Plan

As a new employee, you’re automatically enrolled in the 403(b) plan for YNHHS employees or the 401(k) plan for Lawrence + Memorial Hospital employees. You can increase or decrease your contribution at any time.

When Benefit Changes Are Allowed

After you enroll, you can make changes only during annual open enrollment or within 31 days of experiencing a qualifying life event:

  • Marriage
  • Divorce
  • Childbirth/adoption
  • Coverage loss or gain

You must submit documentation that supports the event.
